Cavalier blanked rivals Santos 2-0 to lift the Kingston and St Andrew Football Association (KSAFA) Under-15 title at Alpha Institute yesterday.

Jhavon Smith scored a wonderful kick from just outside the 18 yards area to put Cavalier in the lead in the 13th minute. Phillander Wing sealed the match for Cavalier when he converted in the 60th minute.

Cavalier had better possession and were the more dangerous team. However, Santos also created and missed several chances.

Coach of Cavalier, Gregory Hall, praised his young boys for delivering the title.

"Things definitely went according to game plan. We came and dictated the game, scored two goals and won. Credit to the boys for their disciplined approach." Hall told The Gleaner after the game.

Coach of Santos, Raymond 'Stampy' Watson, said they did not take their chances but also believed that the referee had a poor game.

"We just did not capitalise on our chances," Watson said.

Meanwhile in the Milo Under-13 final, Harbour View edged Browns Town 2-1, at the same venue.
