CONCACAF announced that all eight competing teams have submitted their final squads ahead of the tournament, which will be used to determine the confederation's representatives at the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup in France.

After round-robin play in Cary, NC and Edinburg, TX, the two group winners, plus the two second-place finishers will advance to the knockout round.
