Several Wolmer's players celebrate a goal against Charlie Smith in their ISSA/Digicel Manning Cup quarter-final match at the Ashenheim Stadium at Jamaica College on Tuesday. The game was abandoned at half-time with Wolmer's leading 3-0 due to persistent showers and a waterlogged field.

Kingston College secured their place in the semi-finals of the ISSA/Digicel Manning Cup after defeating Camperdown High 2-1 in their final Group G quarter-final game at Stadium East field.

The result means that Camperdown miss out on the semi-finals finishing third with three points.

In the other Group G game at Ashenheim Stadium on the grounds of Jamaica College, Wolmer's Boys School were leading Charlie Smith 3-0 at half-time but the game was called off due to persistent rainfall and a waterlogged field.

KC finish on seven points and as it stands, Wolmer's are in pole position to advance to the semi-finals along with KC.

ISSA is expected to announce a date for the completion of the Wolmer's, Charlie Smith game shortly.
