Vere beat Humble Lion 3-1 in Clarendon Derby

Vere United continued their unbeaten run in the Jamaica Premier League (JPL), scoring a 3-1 win over Clarendon rival Humble Lion at the UWI/JFF Captain Horace Burrell Centre of Excellence on Sunday.

Ricardo Messam (27th and 57th) led the way for the Donovan Duckie coached team, with a brace, while Anjay Gayle got the other in added time.

Andrew Vanzie netted Humble Lion's consolation from the penalty spot in the 37th minute.
