The Jamaican trio of Ronald Levy, Damion Thomas, and Hansle Parchment have all advanced automatically to the semi-final of the Men's 110m Hurdles event at the Tokyo Olympic Games on Tuesday.
Levy won his heat in 13.17 seconds, while Thomas finished his in 13.54s for third, behind Spain's Asier Martinez (13.12s), and USA's Daniel Roberts (13.41).
Parchment clocked 13.23s for second behind USA's world leader Grant Holloway (13.02s).
Another medal favourite, Sergey Shubenkov, of the Russian Olympic Committee, did not start the event.
