ARNETT GARDENS Football Club has moved quickly to fill their vacant head coaching position, appointing former national player, Paul 'Tegat' Davis today.
Davis returns to premier league management after a three-month hiatus, having been fired from Mount Pleasant Football Academy last July.
Arnett Gardens FC's general manager, Peter Thelwell, said that Davis' work with young players played a critical role in the club's decision to hire the Montegonian once again.
"We are honoured to have Paul 'Tegat' Davis join us at this time at such short notice. The successes he has had with our under 23 and seniors helped influence our decision," Thelwell said of Davis, who had guided the club successfully at both age-group and senior level in his first tenure.
Davis replaces Alex Thomas, who resigned with immediate effect last Friday, after two season's with the club.
Arnett Gardens FC finished ninth in the recently-concluded 2021 Jamaica Premier League.
