Jamaica's Serena Cole followed up being part of a World Record 4x100 metre run last night at these 49th Carifta Games inside the National Stadium with gold in the Under-20 Girls' High Jump this morning.

Cole won the title with a jump of 5.89 metres for her second gold medal of the Games.

Kayssia Hudson of French Guiana got silver with her second-round jump of 5.77, while Kay-Lagay Clarke ensured another podium finish for Jamaica, capturing bronze, landing 5.64 with her very last jump.

Clarke's final jump, before which she was seventh, pushed the Cayman Islands' Ashantae Graham, 5.62, out of the medals.
