Jamaica won the silver medal in the women’s 4x400 metres at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England on Sunday.

Jamaica, comprised of Shiann Salmon, Junelle Bromfield, Roneisha McGregor and Natoya Goule, ended the race third but was upgraded after the disqualification of England, who had crossed the finish line first.

Jamaica clocked 3:26.93 minutes to finish behind Canada, who clocked 3:25.84 as Scotland with a season best of 3:30.15 being promoted to third with the disqualification. England had done 3:25.83 minutes.
