TALISMANIC STRIKER Malcolm Lennon pulled off another late magic trick as his goal in time added gave 10-man Vere Technical a 2-1 win over Cornwall College in their ISSA daCosta Cup first-leg second-round contest at Glenmuir High School earlier this afternoon.

Vere had opened the scoring in the 12th minute through Akeem Shuriah before Cornwall equalised in the 27th minute through Deshaun Talbert.

Vere played most of the second half with 10 players after Rusheim Ryan was sent

off for stomping on a Cornwall player.
