After a 1-1 draw with Manchester High School, defending ISSA daCosta Cup champions Garvey Maceo won't have the chance to go for back-to-back titles, the result meaning they failed to progress following the final set of round of 16 matches.

Garvey Maceo needed to beat Manchester High by two clear goals to have any chance of advancing from Group One, but the 1-1 scoreline meant that the Cubans finished with two points from three games and out of the top two, and will only have the Ben Francis knock-out title to contend for.

Manchester High, by virtue of the draw, advanced to the final eight after topping group one with five points. They will be joined in the quarter-finals by Central High.

Manchester High got their goal through Yarek Carnegie in the 84th minute before Jelani Williams equalised for Garvey Maceo in stoppage time.
