Jamaica were defeated by Jordan 2-1 in their international friendly at the Wiener Neustadt Ergo Arena in Austria this morning.

Cory Burke gave the Reggae Boyz the lead from the penalty spot in the 39th minute but second-half goals from Mahmoud Al Mardi in the 56th minute and Ali Olwan in the 63rd minute completed the comeback, leaving Jamaica still in search of a win under head coach Heimir Hallgrimsson.

The game capped off the Reggae Boyz’s pre-Gold Cup camp. The team will depart for Chicago to prepare for their Gold Cup opener against the United States this Saturday.
