Bicknell, Chin miss out on doubles semifinal

Jamaica’s pair of Blaise Bicknell and John Chin missed out on medal contention in Central American and Caribbean Games men’s doubles tennis action today in San Salvador.
The pair suffered a 2-1 defeat at the racket strings of Colombia’s Alejandro Hoyos and Cristian Rodriguez at the quarterfinal stage.
After losing the first set 3-6, the Jamaicans roared back to win the second 6-3 but ran out of steam to lose the third 7-10.
