#TRIALS2023 | Late burst give Bowen u18 800m title

Rashid Bowen of St Elizabeth Technical High School used a late burst to capture the boys’ under-18 800 metres at the JAAA/PUMA National Senior and Junior Championships inside the National Stadium this evening.
Bowne clocked one minute, 57.73 seconds to take the close finish ahead of pace setter Shavan Jarrett, second in 1:57.94. Rikelme Hunter of Kingston College was third in 1:58.02.
