Jamaica's Roshawn Clarke placed fourth in the men's 400m hurdles final in 48.07 seconds at the World Athletics Championships in Budapest, Hungary on Wednesday.

National record holder Roshawn Clarke finished a brave fourth in the men’s 400-metre hurdles final behind winner and world record holder Karsten Warholm of Norway at the World Athletics Championships in Budapest, Hungary on Wednesday. Warholm won the race in 46.89 seconds.

Clarke, who clocked 48.07, stayed with the field throughout the race but missed out on a medal.

Kyron McMaster of the British Virgin Islands secured the silver medal event after he ran on strongly to clock 47.34 while USA's Rai Benjamin took third in 47.56.
