The Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) announced a few minutes ago that Xavier Gilbert will take charge of the Reggae Girlz, who are down to compete in Women’s Gold Cup qualification action next week.

Gilbert, the assistant of former head coach Lorne Donaldson, will take charge for games against Panama on October 25 and Guatemala on October 29.

According to the JFF, the squad for the two encounters has already been picked and that news on those names will be released shortly.

In the meantime, the JFF has also announced that ticket prices to the game against Guatemala at the National Stadium, have been slashed in a bid to drum up support for the Reggae Girlz.

According to the release, grandstand tickets will cost $3,000, while bleachers tickets will be sold for $1,000. Students with identification will enter the bleachers for $500, while children under 10 are free with a guardian.
