Following his success in the 1500 metres, Jamaica College’s Samuel Creary booked his spot in the semi-finals of the boys’ Class 2 800 metres, clocking the second-fastest time of the heats at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls' Athletics Championships inside the National Stadium today.
Creary clocked 1 minute, 59.35 seconds (1:59.35) to trail Holmwood Technical’s Shawn Walters, who crossed the tape in 1:58.33 to win heat 2.
