Queen’s capture schoolgirls basketball

The Queen's School are the ISSA Urban Area schoolgirls basketball champions after they defeated Camperdown High in the final at Jamaica College Tuesday afternoon.
Queen’s had a comfortable 49-21 victory, as Holy Childhood High defeated Ardenne High 51-41 at the same venue, to finish the competition in third place.
Queen, Camperdown, Holy Childhood and Ardenne will contest the national playoffs against the Rural Area champions Herbert Morrison Technical and their counterparts, Mount Alvernia High, Manchester High and St. Elizabeth Technical High.
