JAAA Trials | Thomas-Dodd wins 4th consecutive women's shot put title

Danniel Thomas-Dodd was crowned 2024 national champion in the women's shot put as she managed to throw a championship best effort of 19.32 metres at the ongoing National Junior and Senior Championships at the National Stadium.

Thomas-Dodd was the sole thrower in the four-competitor final to throw over 18-metres, which was achieved on her third effort.

Lloydricia Cameron finished second with her mark of 17.62 metres while Danielle Sloley took third in 15.05 metres.
