Tributes paid to Mother Teresa on the 107th anniversary of her birth

Scores of persons yesterday paid tribute to Nobel Peace Prize winner Mother Teresa on the 107th anniversary of her birth.

Born at Skopje, Macedonia, Slovenia, in 1910, Mother Teresa was a Catholic nun who spent 45 years serving the poor, the sick, the orphaned, and the dying.

She was conferred a Sainthood on September 4, 2016 by Pope Francis.
