In defence of 'prophetic mutterings'

In reference to the article, 'Nonsense prophetic mutterings', of January 5, once again Kadene Porter has seen it necessary to attack the prophetic utterances of the Lord. I have often said that the main fact that the world is in this state is an indication that people don't study their Bible.
Sadly, there are irreverent intellectuals who consider themselves 'free thinkers' who refuse to study or accept the Word of God, but are quick to make themselves critics and judges of something to which they obviously are oblivious! To such I say, "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction." (Proverbs 1:7)
Additionally, Ms Porter has found it necessary to deem the prophetic utterances of God (a work of the Spirit of God) 'Nonsense prophetic mutterings', but she needs to read Matthew 12: 31-32 which say: "Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come."
She needs to understand that there is no forgiveness for blasphemy, and that we are no longer operating under Mosaic laws because of the cross on which our Christ suffered and died. To desire the return of Mosaic laws is to reject the sacrifice of Christ; and if the Mosaic laws were to return, then much of the world populace would cease to exist!
Mocking God's prophets
Second Kings 2: 23-25 lets us know that mocking God's prophets and His word and instructions bring with it grave penalties. Balaak paid Balaam to curse God's people in Numbers 22-23, and we can all see the result as we read it. She needs to examine all the lists published and unpublished by The Gleaner, The Love Herald, Testimony Magazine and other publications from 2005 onward and see for herself what has come to pass and what has not (including the tsunami in 2006 and the Haitian earthquake)!
Further to that, concerning what has not come to pass, kindly refer to Ezekiel 12: 21-28. Ms Porter, with her agnostic mindset, stated that God doesn't 'micro-manage'. It is clear that there she has never read Daniel 4 and 5 and Psalms 139 and, therefore, lacks understanding and on that basis, I invite her to study those Scriptures.
