On Tuesday Spanish Ambassador Jesús Silva and wife Sara hosted a reception for European Union/ CARIFORUM delegates and the conferment of the Commander of the Number of the Order of Civil Merit of Spain on His Excellency Edwin Carrington, secretary general of CARICOM, at the Spanish ambassador's St Andrew residence.
