Congrats, SSP Lewis

THE EDITOR, Sir:

MOTORISTS IN the Corporate Area who were being inconvenienced or harassed by the young men wiping windscreens at stop lights should be congratulating Senior Superintendent Radcliffe Lewis, who had the vision and gets to deal with a situation over which most of us were agonising but did not know where to begin.

Heartiest congratulations SSP Lewis. God's word cannot lie, you have proved without a doubt that "where there is no vision, the people perish". You have also shown that the word 'can't' is not in your vocabulary.
