Rowdy MPs

THE EDITOR, Sir:
This is an open letter to the speaker of the House of Representatives, Delroy Chuck, on the matter of the poor behaviour of some MPs.
Mr Speaker, the behaviour of parliamentarians on February 15, 2011 left a bitter taste in my mouth.
Mr Speaker, I would like to give you a few tips on what action to take in the House when MPs get out of hand.
1. Suspend any MP who breaks the parliamentary rules.
2. If you have to reprimand an MP more than once, dismiss such MP from the sitting.
3. Let all MPs observe the prayer that is said before the session, and let them know that God is in control.
4, Let them know that you are the speaker of the House, and that when you make a ruling, it must stand.
