Chairman of the St James Parish Council, Mayor Glendon Harris (seated), with members of the Montego Bay Junior Chamber International (MBJCI). The group paid a courtesy call on the mayor on Monday and discussed a number of issues including the MBJCI's proposal that both senior and junior councillors be exposed to leadership training and parliamentary procedures.
