More than 500 challengers participated and completed in the inaugural staging of the Flow Tuff Warrior Challenge held at the Caymanas Track last Sunday.

The track was completely transformed into a five-mile obstacle course, with unsuspecting participants having to complete 17 challenges varying from wall climbing, swimming through a wooden box of water filled with ice, and crawling through mud under barbed wire. Each challenger who proved that they were 'Tuff Enuff' received 'Tuff Warrior' medals upon completion. However, it was title sponsors Flow, that walked away at the end of the day with the prize for best team. The Flow Team, consisting of 22 Flow staff members and lead by Captain Nigel Gordon, showcased true team spirit, camaraderie and support for their fellow team members, leaving no man or woman behind.

The Flow Tuff Warrior Challenge not only tested the fitness, strength, stamina, and the mental and physical endurance of the participants, but also focused on teamwork, camaraderie and leadership all in a military-style obstacle course.
