Music giants Bass Odyssey and Stone Love International will make a special presentation and deliver a blast of sonic ecstasy on Thursday, July 17, at the 2014 Reggae Sumfest. The organisers of the festival took the decision to pay homage to two of Jamaica's top sound systems.

Stone Love International's Winston 'Wee Pow' Powell formed his sound in 1973, while Bass Odyssey, which is operated by Keith Walford, started back in 1989. They have brought reggae music far and wide, and the work done by Bass Odyssey and Stone Love International is one that cannot be left out of Reggae Sumfest. Seeing the need to acknowledge their musical contributions, both sounds will showcase their finest DJs who will display their craft at the festival.

Reggae Sumfest will be taking place from July 13-19 at Catherine Hall, Montego Bay.
