Governor on fraud charge

The Governor of Puerto Rico and 12 associates in Washington and Pennsylvania have been charged with election fraud.
The charges relate to campaign financing for three separate elections in the US Caribbean territory.
US prosecutors said that the 27count indictment includes charges of conspiracy, making false statements, wire fraud, federal programme fraud and tax crime.
