Former PMs to meet at G77 in China

Two former regional Prime Ministers will be among several international personalities at a Group of 77 and China two-day meeting in Antigua this week.



The Group of 77 members will discuss the crafting of a development platform for the countries of the Southern hemisphere.



The former ministers, Owen Arthur of Barbados and P.J. Patterson of Jamaica, will join former presidents, prime ministers, and other officials from throughout the United Nations for the meeting, which starts tomorrow.

Baldwin Spencer said the group is at a critical juncture in international relations.
