China aftershocks destroy houses

Two aftershocks have destroyed about 420,000 houses in the Chinese region hit by an earthquake two weeks ago.
The country’s official Xinhua news agency said one of the aftershocks, in Qingchuan county, measured magnitude 5.7.
The official death toll from the earthquake that hit Sichuan province on May 12 is 67,183.
Another 20,790 people are listed as missing.
On Sunday, 300,000 houses were reportedly wrecked by a strong tremor.
