Somalia\'s PM to choose new cabinet

The newly appointed Prime Minister of Somalia, Nur Hassan Hussein has announced his plans to dissolve the cabinet.
Prime Minister Hussein said he plans to appoint new ministers, half of them from outside the transitional parliament set up three years ago. The new cabinet will have less than the current 30 members.
Somalia has been politically fragmented since 1991, and the transitional government is dependent on international aid and Ethiopian military support to function.
