Britain\'s Prime Minister Gordon Brown has signalled his determination to make sure tax havens with British links are held accountable.

In the wake of tougher sanctions being agreed by the G20 group of rich nations, Prime Minister Brown is to call for reform from Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, the Turks and Caicos Islands and Gibraltar.

The four appear on the grey list of jurisdictions of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).

They are described as countries committed to international standards but which have yet to implement them.
