A day after a 6.3 magnitude earthquake hit the Italian city of L’Aquilla, rescuers are still searching for bodies and survivors.
At least 207 bodies have been found, an increase from the 150 deaths reported yesterday.
Thirty-four people are still unaccounted for.
At least 5,000 rescue workers are reportedly in the region and hospitals have appealed for help from doctors and nurses throughout Italy.
However, Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi says the country has the resources to handle the disaster.
