Muslim Cleric to fight extradition

A Muslim Cleric is to be extradited from the UK to the US to answer a series of terror charges.
49-year-old Abu Hamza is wanted by US authorities on an array of charges, including providing support to Al Qaeda.
Hamza is currently serving a seven-year sentence in the UK for inciting murder and racial hate.
Hamza’s lawyer said he would appeal the extradition order. IF the appeal fails Hamza will be handed to the US authorities within 28 days.
He has 14 days to appeal the order.
