Five killed in College shooting

Five people were killed and 18 others wounded at the Northern Illinois University’s Dekald campus yesterday.



A gunman dressed in full black, reportedly opened fire on a lecture on the campus.



The gunman reportedly killed himself after the attack.



It is reported that the man armed with two handguns and a shot gun, walked from behind a screen in a geology class in a 600-seat lecture hall and started firing shots.



The police have not released his identity but he is believed to be a student at another college.



A spokesperson, at the Kishwaukee communiy hospital close to the school said many of the victims were shot in the head.
