NWC: Broken main caused disruption in Corporate Area water supply

The National Water Commission (NWC) is seeking to assure some of its customers in the Corporate Area who have been without water that their supply should be back to normal by the end of the day.

The NWC says service has been disrupted since Saturday because of a broken main along Spanish Town Road in Kingston.

It says some customers should now be receiving water.

However, the NWC says others will see a gradual return throughout the course of the day based on the location and when the pipelines are fully charged.
