Investment brokerage house Mayberry Investments Limited has long been associated with sporting events. In its latest partnership, the company extended its support with a $2 million donation towards the annual Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) Athletics Championships.

The event, held on Saturday, May 28 at the Police Sports Complex in collaboration with the Police Co-op Credit Union, was a tremendous success with hundreds witnessing the day's proceedings.

Chris Berry, chairman of Mayberry Investments, said that the event was well received and that the company was overjoyed to be a part of it. Berry said he would not hesitate to pledge the company's participation in future events.

"The annual event showcased friendly rivalry among competing teams and divisions within the JCF. It also showed true team spirit and engendered camaraderie. Mayberry was honoured to help to bring it to life," Berry noted.

Dr Carl Williams, commissioner of police, and Robert Montague, minister of national security, were also in attendance.

The company also hosted its most recent investors forum on May 20.
