The police are now investigating last night's deadly motor vehicle crash at the gate of the Caribbean Cement Company in eastern Kingston.

Three University of Technology, Jamaica students travelling in a black Toyota Premio motor car registered to an owner of a St James address died in the incident.

They have been identified as Romario Nedrick, Lemaro Cole and Devaughn Cunningham.

The driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle along the Sir Florizel Glasspole Boulevard.

He then crashed into the gate of the packaging plant of the Cement Company before the vehicle overturned, in the process slamming into the security post.

The driver and the two occupants of the car died on the spot and the security guard injured.
