Jamaica College (JC) have won the 2021 ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys' Athletics Championship, their first title since 2011.

Trailing 2019 champions Kingston College (KC) by 7.5 points heading into the final day on Saturday, the Neil Harrison-coached JC made up the deficit and once they surged into the lead, never gave up on their advantage, to win with a total of 328.5 points. KC were second with 313 points while Calabar High finished third with 241.5 points.

Edwin Allen High School won their seventh straight girls title and their eighth overall with a total of 340 points. St Jago High finished second with 309.5 points while Hydel High School placed third with 301.5 points.
