Gas prices down $3.06, diesel down $1.58

Motorists will pay less for gas and diesel when they go to the pumps on Thursday.

The state-owned oil refinery, Petrojam, says E-10 87 is to move down by $3.06 to sell for $171.10 per litre and a litre of E-10 90 will also go down by $3.06 to sell for $177.21.

Automotive diesel oil will move down by $1.58 per litre to sell for $178.15.

Ultra low sulphur diesel will sell for $185.54 per litre following a decrease of $3.06.

The price of kerosene will go down by $4.50 with that fuel to sell for $190.03

In the meantime, propane cooking gas will go up by $2.58 to sell for $69.71, while butane will move up by $2.56 to sell for $78.01 per litre.

Retailers will add their mark-ups to the announced prices.
