Dianne Plummer, a passionate advocate for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) literacy, recently launched her new educational children’s books Science in the Sun and A Girl’s Guide to STEM with a group of specially invited guests. With a mission to empower the next generation of Jamaican leaders with the essential skills needed for success in STEM, Plummer showed how she planned to extend the reach of STEM literacy beyond borders, with corporate partnerships and community engagement initiatives driving her vision forward.
