Sections of Trench Town, Jones Town, Craig Town and Admiral Town under curfew

A 48-hour curfew has been imposed in sections of Trench Town, Jones Town, Craig Town and Admiral Town in Kingston.
The curfew began at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 15, and will remain in effect until 6:00 p.m., on Sunday, November 17.
The boundaries of the curfew are:
North: Along an imaginary from the roundabout of West Road and Greenwich Street to the intersection of Lyndhurst Road and to the intersection of Slipe Pen Road.
East: Along Slipe Pen Road from the intersection of Slipe Pen Road and Lyndhurst Road to the intersection of Studley Park Road and Slipe Pen Road.
South: From the intersection of Studley Park Road and Slipe Pen Road onto Asquith Street then onto 7th Street to the intersection of 7th Street and West Road.
West: From the intersection of 7th Street and West Road to the roundabout of West Road and Greenwich Street.
During the curfew, all persons are required to remain within their premises unless otherwise authorised by the ground commander.
