A prayer for Jamaica

Father, I give You thanks and I prayed, as David did, he said blessed be thou, Lord God of Israel our Father for ever and ever.

Thine O Lord, is the greatness, and the majesty, for all that is in heaven and in the earth is thine, thine is the Kingdom, O Lord, and thou are exalted above all

Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all and in thine hand is power and might and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.

Give ear now Lord unto my prayer, and attend to the voice of my supplication

In the day of trouble, I will call upon You, and You will answer me. I know there is no other God that is like unto You, neither are there any works like unto Your works.

All nations whom You have made shall come and worship before You, and shall glorify Your name, praise the Lord.

For You are great and does wonderful things: You are God alone.

Teach me Your way, O Lord. I will glorify Your name for evermore.

For great is Your mercy toward us and You will deliver our soul from the lowest hell.

O God, I humble myself before You another time, I thank You, for choosing and anointing me as one of Your intercessors and teaching me how to pray in the power of Your Holy Spirit, which helps me to make a difference in the lives of humanity.

Father, my greatest treasure will always be in serving You. Glory hallelujah!

Lord, I present the people of the island nation of Jamaica before You today, I command every spirit of darkness, every demon, every principality and power that controls the tutorial atmospheric space over the Island of Jamaica to be cast out in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, I bind you strongman in the name of Jesus, every demonic spirit that is influencing people's mind to commit murder I break your control in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, every evil spirit that is destroying people's lives and destiny be eradicated in the name of Jesus. Sin's power over Jamaica be broken in the name of Jesus Christ, every tormenting spirit be defeated in the name of Jesus. The word of God declare in II Corinthians 10:4-5 "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. Casting down imaginations, and every high things that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. I command every hindering force of darkness be moved and cast out in the name that is above all names, the name of Jesus Christ.

Lord, I ask You to redeem this nation from destruction, judgement, and disease, dispel every dark cloud and may You shine the light of Your word in the hearts of Your people today. Bring it alive in their spirit so that it illuminates their mind and soul.

Lord, I pray for the spiritual leaders, the men and women whom You have called to the ministry of Christ, I ask that You will bless all those in full-time ministry, and remove and expose all the counterfeit leaders who are preying on their congregations.

I pray for the many churches, the apostles, the true prophets, pastors, teachers, bishops, evangelists, missionaries, elders, deacons, and all those who help, and those who have devoted themselves to You, in teaching, and fellowship, and to prayer. Help them to be diligent as they study Your word, give them the wisdom to articulate so that believers can understand perfectly.

May You keep them safe and protect them from any attack of the enemy. Help them to stand strong against every temptation. The scriptures declare that "when the enemy comes in like a flood, the spirit of God will lift up a standard", thank You, Lord, help them to be reminded of Your word that said: "When we pass through the waters, You will be with us, thank You, Lord" and through the rivers, they shall not over flow you, and when you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, nor will the flame scorch you. To God be the glory.
