Gunshots disrupt classes at St Jago High School

Classes at St Jago High School in Spanish Town, St Catherine have been disrupted because of gunshots.

This morning, activities at the school were halted after gunshots rang out in the vicinity of the institution.

Police personnel from the St Catherine North Police are on the scene.

A team from the Police’s Community Safety and Security Branch and members of the clergy in Spanish Town Clergy are also on the scene providing counseling to affected students and teachers.
