Six in custody following police operation in Westmoreland

The Whithorn Police in Westmoreland have arrested six persons following an operation in the community yesterday morning.
According to the police, acting on information a team was dispatched to the area where a premises was searched.
The police say they recovered a Smith & Wesson 9 millimetre pistol during the operation.
The six were also taken into custody.
