Scotiabank Vision Achiever provided 25 small and medium enterprises the opportunity to benefit from an intense 17-week coaching programme. The programme, led by international business coach Marcia Woon-Choy of ActionCOACH, is designed to impart core competencies required for running a profitable business. These include sales, systemising business process, marketing and understanding business financials.

On Tuesday September 11, at the Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel, the top three Vision Achievers were announced. They were selected based on the following criteria: attendance, completion of all assignments, participation in class and performance during the course.

Jamaica Care Packages Limited, Morgan's Creek Limited and Quality Systems Solutions and Initiative walked away with almost $5 million in prizes.

The night's other winner was Garland Law. The company copped the Transformational Award, which is granted to the candidate who has shown tremendous growth as an individual and company and the People's Choice Award after gathering a substantial 2,872 votes.
