The Westmoreland police are seeking the help of the public to identify and find the man pictured above who is a suspect in a fraud investigation.
He has been linked to a case of obtaining money by false pretence.
Investigators say a complainant reported that in June that she paid the suspect $100,000 for a driver’s licence.
However, it was never delivered and several calls to his phone have gone unanswered.
The matter was reported to the police when a reported agreement to repay the money was not honoured.
