There was an air of anticipation at The Jamaica Pegasus hotel, as the National Baking Company Foundation (NBCF) officially launched its Building Out Our STEM Teachers (BOOST) Programme. The foundation will contribute $159,600,000 over six years through a groundbreaking partnership with The University of the West Indies (UWI) Faculties of Science and Technology and Humanities and Education departments, which is expected to impact thousands of students.
