Sagicor Group Jamaica’s 50th-anniversary church service was held on Sunday under the theme ‘We Give Thanks’ and proved a fitting end to the company’s year-long golden anniversary celebrations. The Jamaica Pegasus hotel ballroom was transformed into a place of thanksgiving as a few Sagicor board of directors, executives, and team members were in attendance to celebrate the occasion. Others, including well-wishers and stakeholders, watched the event online. Special guests included veteran reggae gospel artiste Carlene Davis, songbird Tessanne Chin, and gospel artiste Jermaine Edwards, who did a beautiful and soulful rendition of The Blessing to end the service.
