Participants of the Grace & Staff Youth Boost programme (from left) Shemar Barrett, Fitzroy Bridge and Runnado Sutherland put theory into practice during an eight-week course in construction skills training at the Excelsior Community College. Upon completion of the course, the participants began an eight-week internship to hone their skills and acquire first-hand knowledge of business operations.
