Stocks Round Up | Ironrock leads top performers

The Jamaica Stock Exchange (JSE) Combined Index declined on Wednesday with an advance/decline ratio of 41/42.

The index declined by 1,947.06 points or 0.52 per cent to close at 371,435.30 points.

The JSE Main Market Index declined by 1,835.87 points or 0.51 per cent to close at 357,666.75 points while the Junior Market Index declined by 1,947.06 points or 0.62 per cent to close at 4,116.34 points.

The JSE USD Equities Index declined by 1.87 points or 0.86 per cent to close at 215.17 points.

Stanley Motta up 8.55 per cent to close at $4.95

Losers

Everything Fresh, down 12.71 per cent to close at $1.58
Sygnus Credit ($US), down 10.45 per cent to close at $0.10
Ciboney, down 7.46 per cent to close at $0.62
Paramount, down 6.25 per cent to close at $1.80
First Rock Real Estate ($US), down 4.51 per cent to close at $0.07

Market volume

Some 13.907 million units valued at over $89.828 million were traded today.

Volume leaders were JMMB Group (7.35% CR Pref share) followed by TransJamaican Highway and then Spur Tree Spices.
